Change Manager Finance

The change manager supports and drives change initiatives in Finance in such a way that they meet the pre-defined objectives for adoption (e.g.: solution is used). The change manager is focusing on the human side of change, including changes in business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organizational structures, and more.
Primary responsibility includes creating and implementing change management strategies & plans that maximise employee acceptance and use and minimise resistance prioritising on Finance value creation & well defined adoption KPIs.
The Change Manager must establish contacts throughout the organisation, support leaders in their role as change managers and motivate change agents to increase the footprint towards a new situation.
**Responsibilities**
- Establish, implement and manage the overall change management plan with role-based plans for leaders and action plans such as a communication, training, change agent plan,
- Collaborate with, advise and coach change management project teams
- Act as a support & advisor to senior leaders and executives to help them assume their role as change sponsors
- Create lasting change management communication, linking back each projects objectives to the overall Finance Transformation agenda
- As a member of the Proximus change management guild, the Change Manager plays an active role by sharing his vision, approach and best practices and implementing the recommendations.

- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Project/programme skills including problem solving, measurement, monitoring, root cause analysis in a disciplined manner
- Business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
- Finance background and knowledge, ideally with some Finance system knowledge (ERP, FP&A tools)
- Excellent communication skills, both written (ppt, word) and oral (ability to convey messages clearly to diverse audiences), facilitation skills
- MsC in Finance/Business engeneering or similar, change management experience
- Willing to manage "the people side of mind“
- Gets energy from interactions with people
- Resilient, determined and persistent
