Functie
- Bij Arvesta bouwen we actief aan een krachtige, hybride leeromgeving. Zo hebben we binnen de Business Unit Retail recent onze Retail Academy uitgerold. Een digitaal platform met heel wat leermogelijkheden voor onze Retail Adviseurs. Van opleidingen rond potgrond & tomaten tot het geven van feedback. Continue groei & ontwikkeling van onze medewerkers staat hier centraal
Ons nieuw digitaal verhaal staat dus nog in de startblokken waardoor we op zoek zijn naar een deeltijdse versterking voor het team. Als Training Support Officer bouw jij mee aan onze Retail Academy en behoren volgende verantwoordelijkheden tot jouw takenpakket:
- Vormgeven en vertalen van het opleidingsprogramma naar een kalender volgens de noden van de winkels én de seizoenen
- Updates van opleidingen voorzien in functie van nieuwe producten en concepten. Dit steeds in overleg met verschillende stakeholders: HR, Category Managers, Category Buyers,
- Voor onze Retail Academy maken wij gebruik van het platform ‘Flowsparks’. Als Training Support Officer ontwikkel jij zelfstandig nieuwe modules/opleidingen in het platform. Dit op een creatieve manier en aan de hand van diverse leervormen: video, quiz, grafische presentaties,.
- Je bent back-up van je collega die zorgt voor de organisatie en planning van de opleidingen. Van het uitsturen van uitnodigingen, evaluaties tot het leggen van contacten met lesgevers en winkels.
Profiel
Je bent ondernemend en leergierig. Je hebt goestig om die leergierigheid te verspreiden naar andere collega’s en te vertalen in digitale opleidingen
- Je bent creatief en bedreven in communicatie. Je weet als geen ander om je content te vertalen naar diverse doelgroepen
- Je werkt planmatig en accuraat met steeds het einddoel voor ogen
- Je hebt een echte ‘can do’ mentaliteit
- Je bent klantgericht en hebt een gezonde passie voor Retail
- Je staat open voor een deeltijdse betrekking
