Als team zijn wij verantwoordelijk voor de signalitiek en identificatie van onze klanten (publiek, social profit en corporate), het openen, wijzigen en liquideren van rekeningen en het verifiëren van vertegenwoordigingsregels en handtekeningsbevoegdheden. Door jouw inzet kunnen de klanten de Belfius bankproducten ook effectief gebruiken.
Je team bestaat uit 20 gemotiveerde collega's gevestigd in Gent of Brussel. Alle leden van het team worden opgeleid om het volledige takenpakket onder de knie te krijgen. We werken in de gemeenschappelijke mailbox immers met het ‘first in, first out’ principe.
**De job in een notendop**
Jouw eerste taak zal bestaan uit de verificatie en validatie van de dossiers met betrekking tot Anti Money Laundering (AML) en de identificering van uiteindelijke begunstigden (UBO) van onze klanten (AMLD4 en AMLD5):
- het kritisch analyseren en valideren van de documenten bezorgd via onze Front Office door de klant;
- het opvolgen van de dossiers tot finale verwerking;
- het communiceren met de verschillende diensten (front office, back office, Compliance, Legal, ) via mail, banktools en skype.
De tweede taak zal bestaan uit het opstellen van de vertegenwoordigingsregels. Voor het openen van producten is het belangrijk dat wij voor onze klanten weten wie er mag tekenen voor een bedrijf (vertegenwoordigingsregels tov derden of voor dagelijks beheer). Dit bevat het capteren van de officiële mandaten die gepubliceerd worden in de annexen van het Belgisch Staatsblad. Je zal deze statuten van bedrijven moeten lezen en begrijpen in zowel Frans als Nederlands.

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.
Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:
- Een hoger onderwijs diploma en/of een eerste werkervaring
- Interesse in dossierbeheer en de operationele verwerking ervan
- Belangstelling voor wettelijke materie
- Een kritische en analytische geest met een dynamische persoonlijkheid
- Bereidheid om deel te nemen aan de permanentierol tot 17u
- Tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans)
Je scoort extra met:
- Kennis van identificatieverplichtingen binnen de bank of je bent bereid om deze snel te verwerven
