Je kunt een uitdagende en afwisselende functie verwachten door het technische karakter en de diversiteit van de verschillende taken in een innovatiegerichte werkomgeving. Met slechts één doel voor ogen: de tevredenheid van onze klanten.
In deze functie zijn je hoofdtaken de volgende:
- het analyseren, beschrijven en documenteren van effectenoverdrachtsprocesse
- je bent verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het identificeren van potentiële problemen en het analyseren van stromen
- het voorstellen, documenteren en implementeren van oplossingen om bepaalde bestaande processen te herzien om de efficiëntie te verbeteren
- ondersteunen van de implementatie van nieuwe projecten die zijn ontwikkeld om te voldoen aan nieuwe regelgeving/wetgeving en de strategie van Belfius
- je bent ook het aanspreekpunt voor alle andere afdelingen
- je bent ook een aanspreekpunt voor vragen en advies met verschillende stakeholders zoals agentschappen, banken, tegenpartijen, legal, IT, compliance, communicatie, enz

- een universitair diploma hebt of gelijkwaardige kennis hebt opgedaan door ervaring
- vertrouwd of geïnteresseerd bent in de effectenwereld
- klantgericht bent
- zin voor initiatief hebt en met een glimlach weet te werken, zelfs in stressvolle omstandigheden
- autonoom bent, met een kritische en analytische geest die zich kan verplaatsen in de klant
- beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een actieve talenkennis, tweede taal en Engels is een troef
- je werk efficiënt kan organiseren en vertrouwd bent met MS Office-toepassingen
