**What You Can Expect from the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** **Support a qualified technician to install, maintain and repair life rafts, lifejackets, immersion suits, marine electronics, and Marine Evacuations Systems
- Carry out preventative maintenance inspections under supervision
- Develop knowledge and understanding of Survitec Policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes
- Follow Survitec Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures and raises risks to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of self and others.
- Work towards competence in multiple products lines to become part of a flexible service operations workforce
- Follow stores requisition processes to maintain accurate stock levels and records

**The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have**
**Essential**
- Good English Language skills, verbally and written
- Work with a high degree of accuracy where attention to detail is key
- Physically fit for some heavy lifting
- Work to written and verbal instructions
- Available for periods of travel for work or training
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office products
