Port of Antwerp-Bruges heeft een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse werking van de haven. Zo'n 1 800 medewerkers werken dag en nacht aan een klantgerichte dienstverlening, een optimale infrastructuur, innovatieve projecten en de promotie van de haven in binnen-en buitenland. En dan is waterstof een pijler als onderdeel van een robuust toekomstmodel.

Dan verwelkomen we je graag als het programmamanager van het team Sustainable Transition Als programmamanager waterstof coördineer je de interne transversale werking rond het thema: je maakt maximaal gebruik van de interne kennis en resources om tot een hands on transitiestrategie te komen en deze tastbaar te maken door concrete acties.

Met zo’n prikkelend takenpakket raak je niet uitgekeken op je werk:
Je coördineert de interne transversale werking rond het thema, d.w.z. je maakt maximaal gebruik van de interne kennis en resources om tot een hands on industriële transitiestrategie te komen en deze tastbaar te maken door concrete initiatieven. Impact is immers wat ons drijft. Interne en externe samenwerking is de sleutel van je succes.
Je ondersteunt de organisatie vanuit de afdeling Sustainable Transition op het thema klimaatmitigatie, focus waterstof. In het bijzonder gaat er aandacht naar:
**De versterking van de afdelings
- en programmadynamiek**:
Je bouwt de transversale werking op rond het programma met een focus op zowel de totstandkoming en continue actualisatie van de strategie/missie als de stroomlijning van de interne werking en het externe partner/stakeholder-werkveld
Je bent co-ambassadeur voor het thema waterstof specifiek en het mitigatiethema algemeen. Je bewaakt continu het evenwicht tussen je ambassadeursfunctie en de eenvoud die nodig is om maximaal te werven en te verbinden
Het aansturen en actief coachen van de teamleden in je programmateam
Het realiseren van concrete impact in co-creatie met alle organisatieleden van je programma, met een stipte opvolging van de weerhouden doelstellingen en budgetopvolging

Je hebt een masterdiploma en 5 tot 8 jaar relevante ervaring in energie, industrie, chemie en/of programmamanagement
**Je bent vooral een bruggenbouwer en enabler**: je weet stakeholders binnen de organisatie en erbuiten te overtuigen om de handen in mekaar te slaan. Je weet je argumenten en tone of voice gepast te kiezen
Je schuwt debatten en podia niet, doch deze zijn voor jou part of the job en geen doel op zich
Omgaan met complexe en volatiele contexten zijn voor jou een energiegever eerder dan een bedreiging. Je maakt je snel toepasbare kennis eigen, veerkracht is één van jouw sterkten
**Je bent een strategische denker, maar zeker ook een doener**: je bent impactgedreven
Je houdt ervan om doelen en resultaten op tijd te bereiken. Je kan dus goed het overzicht bewaren tussen verschillende taken, zelf je prioriteiten bepalen, en alles afstemmen met betrokken stakeholders
Uitstekende kennis van Engels (gesproken en geschreven)

Je start in klasse 8 en evolueert op termijn naar klasse 9, indien de vereiste competenties nog verder ontwikkeld moeten worden. Indien je meteen kan starten in klasse 9, of na afwerking van je groeipad, heb je recht op een bedrijfswagen. Interesse?
