Digital Business Analyst

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and collect business requirements, analyze and define the business model using conceptual modeling techniques.
- Act as an interface between delivery teams, business teams, and IT, ensuring seamless communication and understanding.
- Manage risk, ensure quality, and address issues promptly and effectively.
- Engage in requirements management and communication to ensure a thorough understanding of business needs.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, aiming for maximum customer satisfaction.
- Support the testing phase, manage changes, and lead the resolution of issues during the warranty period.
- Participate in finding and delivering realistic and effective solutions to complex business challenges, providing expertise in digital solutions.
- Collaborate with channel managers, product management, and process teams to align with overall strategy and objectives.
- Lead specific studies related to business domains, including investment documentation and MVP definition.
- Identify the impact of business changes on processes and coordinate with the Process/Change manager.
- Translate business requirements from end-users into detailed specifications for IT departments in a user-centric, collaborative, and agile manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within Engineering, Business partners, Operations, and IT departments.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Master's degree required.
- Experience: At least 6 years of relevant experience in a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in cost/benefit analysis with a strong understanding of IT and testing.
- Familiarity with digital transformation projects, digital product development, and marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media).
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JS) and infrastructure considerations (cloud, SaaS, security).
- Experience with rapid prototyping tools (e.g., Axure, Balsamiq, Invision) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, SharePoint).
- Understanding of delivery frameworks and methodologies (Prince2/PMP, Agile - Scrum).
- Data Analytics experience is essential.
- Business Experience:
- Proven ability to facilitate meetings and workshops.
- Extensive experience in a consulting or client-facing environment, preferably on digital transformation projects.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
