**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Het team Broker Communication & Web verzorgt de communicatie naar de verzekeringsmakelaars en hun eindklanten. Om dit team te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een **Technical Coördinator.**
- Samen met de communicatiespecialisten in het team weet jij de (digitale) **boodschappen **op de juiste manier bij het **(makelaars)publiek **te krijgen.
- Je analyseert en interpreteert de aangeleverde databestanden. Op basis daarvan doe je suggesties om zowel de databestanden als de communicatie **verder te optimaliseren**.
- Met die gefinaliseerde databestanden ga je ook aan de slag om **mailings te versturen in Adobe IMM**. En jouw mailings hebben natuurlijk een professionele lay-out, die je zelf verzorgd hebt in Adobe AEM.
- Je staat in nauw contact met de diensten Business Solutions en IT. Zo blijf je op de hoogte van nieuwe ontwikkelingen en doe je snel aan _problemsolving_ van de verschillende mailingtools indien nodig.
- Jij creëert professionele en boeiende **PowerPoint-presentaties **voor zowel interne als externe meetings of events.
- In samenwerking met de hoofdredacteur verzorg je de realisatie van ons **papieren** **makelaarsmagazine**. Van contacten onderhouden met de drukker tot het opmaken van de verzendlijst en meer.
**Dit ben jij helemaal**:
- Je hebt een doorgedreven kennis van **Excel** en **Adobe **(IMM en AEM).
- Een goede kennis van **PowerPoint en software voor beeldbewerking** is een grote troef. Ook ervaring met Adobe Analytics is mooi meegenomen.
- Je hebt een **analytische geest** met oog voor detail én efficiëntie.
- Planning en coördinatie horen bij je sterke punten. Bovendien heb je ervaring in **projectmanagement** of heb je er een sterke interesse in.
- Jij neemt proactief de touwtjes in handen. Verschillende projecten tegelijk en af en toe een strakke deadline schrikken je dan ook niet af.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans.
- Je hebt **minstens een relevant bachelorsdiploma** én **3 jaar ervaring** in een soortgelijke functie.
