**Responsibilities**:
As an **Internal Communications Coordinator** you will become part of the Marketing department, which consists of 12 co-workers. You are responsible for defining the internal communications strategy in the context of ALD Automotive’s communications plan and coordinating the implementation of the plan with all stakeholders (internal teams, external service providers, support functions, etc.) to effectively support ALD Automotive’s strategic ambitions.
- Coordinate the regular distribution and process of communication from top corporate management to the ALD Belgium employees (strategic messages, financial results and other important corporate announcements).
- Define the key moments and messages to stimulate the employee engagement and support the change or transformation of the company (employee events incl.).
- Develop an integrated internal communication plan in collaboration with internal key stakeholders (CEO/MT, marketing & comm experts, departmental icom contributors).
- Create and manage content based on a dedicated editorial plan with support from a bi-monthly editorial committee.
- Validate quality of communications in line with guidelines (branding, tone of voice and templates).
- Liaise with internal support and external suppliers to enrich and further develop technical capabilities, manage global capacity for internal comms (also with ALD Group).
- Manage internal digital communication tools (media screens, mailings/newsletter, video/podcast, intranet).
- Monitor performance and efficiency with an analytic dashboard, report impact of communications on strategic objectives (KPI’s)
- Supervise the internal communications budget in line with the plan.
- Advise on internal communications support for strategic corporate initiatives and projects (transformation plans, editorial topics, communication collateral, internal events).

Must Have Requirements
**Your profile & skills**
- Proven record in developing and implementing transversal communication strategies (using different channels, targeting different audiences).
- Experience in managing end-to-end communication process (briefing, production, publishing, measuring).
- Strong relationship and adaptation skills: a team player with ability to work with all levels of staff.
- Service-driven, dynamic and open-minded: a doer with ability to steer business / support functions towards a common goal.
- Agile, curious and forward-thinking.
- Hands-on approach yet with good sense of strategic use of communication.
- Must be able to adapt written communication to various media (NL/FR/English).
- Expertise in using digital communication tools (Office365/sharepoint, video/podcast editing, social media, mailings).
- Graphical or web design skills are a plus.
- Ability to work full time (minimum 2 days/week in HQ Brussels)
- Trustworthy and transparent

Languages Dutch; Flemish French English Education Master Experience 5+ years
