**Junior Communication Coordinator**

**What you do**
- Responsible for the follow-up of internal and external communication projects together with the Chief of Brand & Communication Officer and the team
- Ensure the coherence of the distributed information through different communication channels.
- Assist the team on daily tasks and coordinate the work of agencies (brochures, digital campaigns, videos, etc.) and be responsible for the conception and realization of such creations
- Develop communication projects for our social media channels, corporate website and our intranet together with Digital Marketing Officer, Junior Communication & Events Officer and content creators
- Collaboration on various projects namely related to internal events and bring operational support on external events when needed
- Actively work on the fine tuning of our communication strategy and the way it Is translated concretely into tasks, processes and projects.
- Act as internal and extern SPOC for all communication related topic with an open-minded, assertive, structured and professional outlook

**Who you are**

You are the go-to person to inform and engage our clients, potential customers and partners, as well as our employees within the group. You know how to communicate effectively on specific messages but also within larger and more complex projects and campaigns. Collaborating with marketing teams is no issue and you can also be a SPOC for all stakeholders and partners to advise, accompany and collaborate on communication-related aspects.

Marketing and communication do not mean only creative aspects without reporting. Challenging yourself, your colleagues and various partners is therefore a must in order to stay on top of the game and beat the competition.

**Some of your talents**
- Relevant academic background in Communication, PR or Marketing
- At least a first relevant and challenging experience in position(s) involving aspects such as PR, external communication, employer branding
- Expertise in adapting all messages to your channel, audience and context. You know your way around various SoMe platforms
- An interest in or passion for sports is a must have
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch both written and spoken with English (Knowledge of French is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint )
- Driven, autonomous whilst having a team spirit and curious
- Pragmatic, hands-on mentality and solution-minded
- Flexible, stress-resistant and proactive when faced with challenges and changing priorities
