**JOBVERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN ALS ASSISTANT SHOPMANAGER**
- Service is bij ONLY & SONS prioriteit: wij willen elke klant een onvergetelijke winkelervaring bieden
- Samen met de shopmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor alles wat van de winkel een succes maakt, zoals:
- Procuct & merchandising
- Aanwerving, opleiding, ontwikkeling en planning van het personeel
- Budgetten/resultaten
- Administratie en stockopvolging
- Je kent de veiligheidsprocedures en leeft deze nauwgezet na
**WIJ ZIJN OP ZOEK NAAR**
- Je bent een geboren verkoper, met een passie voor mode en eindeloze leergierigheid en motivatie
- Met jouw spontaniteit is klant bij jou altijd koning
- Je bent een echte teamplayer, hebt een winnersmentaliteit en bent resultaatgericht
- Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in retail en hebt kennis van het retail management
- Je kan omgaan met cijfers en rapporten
