**Participatiemaatschappij Vlaanderen (PMV)** is de Vlaamse investeringsmaatschappij. Enerzijds financiert PMV beloftevolle ondernemingen van bij de prille start tot en met de groei en internationalisering. Anderzijds investeert PMV in belangrijke vastgoed
- en infrastructuurprojecten. Onze focus is daarbij gericht op de duurzame economische ontwikkeling van Vlaanderen, met aantoonbare meerwaarde voor economie en maatschappij.

Als partner in de ambitie van onze klanten zorgen we bij PMV voor aangepaste financiële slagkracht en nemen wij waar nodig als constructieve sparringpartner een actieve rol op in het bestuur van de onderneming.

Het **Equity Investments team** investeert tussen de 30 en 50 mln euro op jaarbasis (zowel nieuwe als vervolginvesteringen) en beheert een actieve portefeuille van meer dan 100 investeringen in verschillende sectoren zoals cleantech, industrials, ICT, deeptech, FMCG, media, etc. De investeringen variëren van “seed” en “early stage” tot “scale-up” en mature bedrijven.

**Jouw functie**

Voor het administratief beheer en de coördinatie van onze investeringsactiviteiten, zijn wij op zoek naar een “Investment Support Officer”. Je komt terecht in een team van een 20-tal investeringsprofessionals en rapporteert aan het Head of Equity Investments.

Binnen die functie:

- ben je de spilfiguur en het centrale aanspreekpunt voor onze business intelligence activiteiten;
- ben je de liaisonpersoon tussen het Equity Investments team en de andere activiteiten van PMV;
- coördineer je de dealflow van het Equity Investments team en zorgt je voor een vlotte doorstroming;
- verwerk je de transacties in onze investment management tool;
- bereid je ad hoc en periodieke rapporteringen voor en notuleert bij teammeetings en investeringscomités;
- controleer en coördineer je mee de administratieve opvolging van de contracten.

**Jouw profiel**

Coördineer je graag processen, werk je graag met data en kan je deze ook interpreteren en overzichtelijk voorstellen, én voel je je op je best in een open en teamgeoriënteerde cultuur met veel ruimte voor zelfontplooiing, dan pas jij perfect in het plaatje. Aandacht voor detail, een probleemoplossend vermogen en een analytische geest vormen de kers op de taart.

Heb jij:

- Een achtergrond in een economische of juridische richting, hetzij via opleiding of door ervaring;
- Minstens 3 jaren werkervaring
- Ervaring en/of interesse in projectmanagement, procesmanagement en eventueel controlling;
- Een sterke kennis en/of interesse in de financiële kant van de ondernemingswereld;
- Uitstekende communicatieve en geschreven vaardigheden;
- De kunde om structuur te brengen in een veelheid aan informatie;
- Goede Excel vaardigheden (kennis van andere business gerelateerde softwarepakketten is een pluspunt);
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
