**The Opportunity**

We're on the lookout for an energetic and innovative Talent Acquisition Partner to join our vibrant office in Brussels As a key player in our Benelux team, you’ll primarily focus on recruitment efforts in this dynamic region.

You’ll collaborate with local HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and fellow talent acquisition colleagues, while also lending your expertise to recruitment activities in other exciting countries like France, Germany and Spain among others.

You’ll report directly to the Talent Acquisition Leader BENELUX based in Brussels and be part of a dynamic Talent Acquisition Community made up of 33 dedicated TA partners spanning 16 countries.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**

In your dynamic role as a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:

- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process with passion and precision.
- Conduct intake calls with Hiring Managers to deeply understand their expectations and needs.
- Craft engaging job ads and actively design and implement creative sourcing strategies that leverage social media and modern recruitment tools.
- Offer guidance and support to Hiring Managers as they navigate the hiring process.
- Manage the offer phase in close cooperation with local HRBPs.
- Report on your recruitment activities while contributing to the continuous enhancement of our processes.
- Collaborate on local and digital employer branding initiatives, participating in job fairs and campus events alongside your HR co-workers.

**Who Are We Looking For**

Our ideal Talent Acquisition Partner would have:

- A higher degree.
- First relevant experience in IT recruitment, bringing fresh insights into the tech landscape.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French, making connections seamless.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment processes.
- An ability to manage and align the expectations of diverse groups of Hiring Managers.
