Strategisch heb je als Talent Acquisition partner dus enorme impact op onze organisatie Je wordt goed omringd door een ervaren team bestaande uit 12 collega’s en natuurlijk maak je daarnaast ook deel uit van het overkoepelend HR team, waarin elk zijn eigen expertise heeft. Hierdoor heb je een breed zicht over wat er reilt en zeilt binnen de organisatie. Daarnaast werk je bij een Top Employer ‘Een krak in hun vak’, dat zijn onze Talent Acquisition Partners. Wil je harde bewijzen van hun harde werk? Vorig jaar hebben meer dan 400 collega’s een leuke nieuwe job gevonden bij Cegeka. Ook binnen het eigen team is ‘groei’ een constante en zijn we op zoek naar een Fulltime Talent Acquisition Partner. We beginnen met een snelle dry run:
- Krijg je energie van het winnen van het vertrouwen van je business stakeholders?
- Heb je een zekere flair en weet je kandidaten te enthousiasmeren?
- Heb jij vernieuwende ideeën over hoe je als bedrijf talentvolle medewerkers kan aantrekken?
- Kan je terugvallen op enkele jaren ervaring in IT recruitment en heb je een netwerk werkzaam binnen een infrastructure-context?
- Weet je vlot te bewegen in een grote organisatie en te netwerken met belangrijke stakeholders?
- Deel je jouw kennis met het team en absorbeer je snel wat wordt gedeeld?
**Wat breng jij mee?**:
- Onze zoektocht naar nieuw IT-talenten start bij jou Na een grondig intakegesprek met de hiring managers, creëer je consent over het te zoeken profiel.
- Met jouw kennis van de markt, stel je vervolgens samen een actieplan op. Ready-steady-go
- Je weet je te onderscheiden van je concullega’s en benadert de markt op een doordachte en slimme manier. Hunten is passé - netwerken, relaties opbouwen (zowel intern als extern) en gepersonaliseerde inmails maken het verschil.
- Onze sterke aanwezigheid op social media, onze interne en externe jobsites en andere rekruteringskanalen zijn een mooie aanvulling op jouw werk.
- Je beheert diverse vacatures. Na een competentiegericht interview stel je je short list voor aan de hiring manager.
- Je overtuigt kandidaten van ons tof bedrijf en de mooie jobopportuniteiten en kansen die men hier krijgt en maakt uitgebalanceerde loonvoorstellen op.
- Jouw job maken we graag gemakkelijker door een uitgebreid pakket aan tooling. Voor een bepaalde mate van digitale affiniteit kijken we naar jou.
- Op jobbeurzen en events ben je, samen met een ambassadeur van de business, het gezicht van Cegeka. Rekruteren doen we samen als bedrijf in de vorm van collaborative hiring.
