**Jouw uitdaging**:
Als recruiter Talent Acquisition bij HR Partners speel je een essentiële rol in het aantrekken en selecteren van HR-talent voor onze diverse klanten. Je zult de kans krijgen om met toonaangevende organisaties samen te werken en HR-professionals te helpen bij het vinden van de perfecte match. Dankzij jouw inspanningen kunnen onze klanten hun HR-team een aanzienlijke boost geven.
**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Het begrijpen van de specifieke behoeften van klanten en het adviseren van hen bij wervingsbeslissingen.
- Identificeren en aantrekken van top HR-talent via Digital Sourcing en Direct Hunting gecombineerd met wervingsactiviteiten via netwerken en social media.
- Het voeren van diepgaande interviews en het evalueren van kandidaten op basis van vaardigheden, culture fit en potentieel.
- Het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met zowel kandidaten als klanten.
- Beheren van het gehele wervingsproces, van het opstellen van vacatures tot het onderhandelen over aanbiedingen.
**Requirements**:
**Wat we zoeken?**
- Je beschikt over een Bachelor of een Master diploma en hebt minstens twee jaar ervaring als Recruiter, in een consulting/ICT project bedrijf.
- Bachelor
- of Masterdiploma in Human Resources, Bedrijfskunde of een gerelateerd veld.
- Minimaal 2-3 jaar ervaring in werving en selectie, bij voorkeur in HR-gerelateerde functies, vooral als Talent Acquisition Recruiter
- Je beschikt over commerciële vaardigheden.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van het Frans is een sterke plus.
- Zelfgedreven en resultaatgericht met de mogelijkheid om meerdere taken tegelijk te beheren.
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om snel beslissingen te nemen.
- Passie voor het opbouwen van relaties en het begrijpen van organisatieculturen.
