We are hiring a **Back-End Developer (BED)** for our prestigious partner DIGIT TM (DG Informatics) **in Brussels**. DIGIT-TM is a contract from the European Commission for IT services across Europe.

As **Back-End Developer (BED)** you will be responsible for:
- Design and implement Python APIs for automatic training, deployment and exploitation of machine learning models.
- Operate and work on remote Linux environments.
- Operate SQL and no-SQL databases.
- Work in a collaborative framework using Git.

**SPECIFIC EXPERTISE**
- Following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:_
- Proficiency with Python back-end language and framework, particularly with libraries like Flask, Dash and FastAPI.
- Experience working with databases.
- Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git or SVN.
- Experience in data science projects.
- Knowledge on networking and security.
- Ability to work in Linux environments over remote connections.
**LANGUAGES**
- The consultant has to be fluent in English. Documents will be written in English
