Afin de renforcer le **département IT,** notre client est à la recherche d'un(e) Business Analyst BI.

**Vous travaillez dans notre équipe IT en tant que Business Analyst BI. Vous permettrez de garantir une collaboration transparente, une prise de décision éclairée et la réalisation réussie des projets.**

**Que faites-vous concrètement ?**

**1) Compréhension et documentation des exigences**:

- Collaborer avec les stakeholders pour comprendre et documenter de manière détaillée les exigences et les besoins de l'entreprise.
- Soutenir les discussions et évaluer la faisabilité des cas d'utilisation, en définissant clairement les avantages, tout en veillant à leur viabilité commerciale (ROI) et à leur exécution dans des délais appropriés.
- Capacité à établir des priorités de manière stratégique.

**2) Analyse pour la Business Intelligence (BI)**:

- Analyser les besoins afin de répondre aux questions analytiques, qu'elles soient d'ordre commercial, financier ou opérationnel, dans le contexte de la BI.

**3) Identification des domaines d'amélioration**:

- Identifier les domaines d'amélioration au sein de l'entreprise pour accroître la productivité et réduire les coûts de manière efficace.

**4) Gestion du changement**:

- Définir les impacts du changement sur les domaines d'activité et planifier la mise en œuvre des changements nécessaires.

**5) Assurance de la qualité et gestion de projets**:

- Veiller à ce que les résultats soient de grande qualité, respectant les délais, les coûts et les normes internes.
- Responsabilité du projet depuis son commencement jusqu'à sa clôture.

**6) Reporting et communication**:

- Maintenir des rapports réguliers sur l'état d'avancement des projets, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes et le Directeur IT.

**Votre profil**:

- Parfaite maîtrise du **français** et du **néerlandais**, à l'oral et à l'écrit ;
- ** Solide expérience **professionnelle démontrée en gestion de projet ;
- Qualités Personnelles:

- Forte initiative et proactivité.
- Compréhension approfondie des besoins de l'entreprise.
- Capacités d'écoute, analyse orientée projet et anticipation des risques.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et maturité professionnelle.
- Capacité à prendre des décisions et résistance au stress.
- Habileté à effectuer plusieurs tâches simultanément avec une interaction limitée de la part d'un superviseur.
- Compétences Techniques:

- Connaissances approfondies en IT opérationnel, notamment dans les domaines de la Business Intelligence (BI).
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft BI (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)
- Bonnes connaissances en SQL.
- Expérience pratique avec Power BI.
- Connaissance approfondie des architectures IT, ainsi que des outils et méthodes de développement du marché.
- Utilisation d'outils et techniques d'analyse des processus d'entreprise, avec une connaissance de l'outil PMO (Project Online / MS Project).

Je werkt binnen ons IT-team als Business Analyst BI. Je zorgt voor een transparante samenwerking, geïnformeerde besluitvorming en succesvolle projectrealisatie.

**Wat zijn je concrete taken?**
- Begrip en documentatie van vereisten:
Samenwerken met stakeholders om de vereisten en behoeften van het bedrijf gedetailleerd te begrijpen en documenteren. Ondersteuning bieden bij discussies en de haalbaarheid van use-cases evalueren, waarbij de voordelen duidelijk worden gedefinieerd, terwijl wordt gezorgd voor commerciële levensvatbaarheid (ROI) en uitvoering binnen passende deadlines. Het vermogen om strategisch prioriteiten te stellen.
- Analyse voor Business Intelligence (BI):
Behoeften analyseren om analytische vragen te beantwoorden, of ze nu van zakelijke, financiële of operationele aard zijn, in de context van BI.

3. Identificatie van verbeteringsgebieden:
Verbeteringsgebieden binnen het bedrijf identificeren om de productiviteit effectief te verhogen en de kosten te verlagen.

4. Veranderingsbeheer:
De impact van verandering op de bedrijfsgebieden definiëren en de implementatie van noodzakelijke veranderingen plannen.

5. Kwaliteitsborging en projectbeheer:
Zorgen dat de resultaten van hoge kwaliteit zijn, binnen de deadlines, kosten en interne normen. Projectverantwoordelijkheid van begin tot eind.
