Sibelga beheert de distributienetten voor gas en elektriciteit in Brussel. **BIJ WELKE DIENST KOM JE TERECHT?**:
De afdeling Digital Business Solutions (DBS) ondersteunt alle businessactiviteiten van Sibelga. Het zorgt ervoor dat Sibelga beschikt over performante processen en een autonoom IT-systeem dat deze processen ondersteunt en dat afgestemd is op de evoluerende behoeften en opkomende technologieën.
Binnen DBS staat de dienst Business Intelligence (BI) in voor het beheer van de systemen om de officiële bedrijfsrapporten te verstrekken (bv.: aan de regulatoren, overheidsinstanties en gemeentelijke aandeelhouders...) en om de directie te ondersteunen wanneer ze beslissingen neemt. Binnen deze dienst verzorgt het Data Services team de link met onze eindgebruikers om snel aan hun data
- en rapporteringsbehoeften te voldoen, en hen te ondersteunen in het gebruik van de verschillende tools.
Om het Data Services team te versterken zoeken we een BI Functional Analyst die rechtstreeks zal rapporteren aan de Teammanager BI.

**JOUW JOB**:
Als BI Functional Analyst neem je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden op jou:

- Je verzamelt en je begrijpt de behoeften van de business en de Business Process Analysts (BPA's) in de verschillende business domeinen van Sibelga op het vlak van management
- en operationele rapportering;
- Je stelt de businessspecificaties en de functionele analyses (business rules) op en je structureert ze, in samenwerking met de BPA en de IT Analysts;
- Je realiseert prototypes van de business rules om hun validiteit te verzekeren;
- Je zorgt voor de analyse en profiling van de gegevens van de operationele systemen om de kwaliteit ervan te valideren;
- Samen met de BPA's of de vakexperts bepaal je een glossarium zodat alle gebruikers het eens kunnen worden over de concepten en hun definitie, die binnen BI worden gehanteerd;
- Je werkt mee aan het modelleren van het informatie-model van de onderneming en het BI-model (Star Schema);
- Je ontwerpt en implementeert de oplossingen voor de presentatie van gegevens in SAS Visual Analytics;
- Je test en documenteert de oplossingen die voorafgaan aan de Business Acceptance Tests (BAT's);
- Je ondersteunt de business bij de opmaak van testscenario’s (op basis van verslagen en business rules), de bepaling van testcases en de uitvoering van de BAT's;
- Je bereidt, in samenwerking met de BPA, het trainingsmateriaal voor en je zorgt voor de opleiding van de eindgebruikers;
- Je ondersteunt de PM en de Functional Lead in hun besluitvorming betreffende de projectaansturing, de geïdentificeerde risico’s en de oplossingen om ze te beperken, de te ontwikkelen scope en de nodige inspanningen om de taken uit te voeren.

**JOUW PROFIEL**:
Technische vaardigheden:

- ervaring op het vlak van Business Intelligence en Datawarehouse (in een functie als functioneel of businessanalist)
- ervaring in het modelleren van gegevens
- een goede kennis van SQL
- kennis over (maar idealiter ervaring in) SAS VA en/of enterprise Guide is een belangrijke troef
- kennis over technieken waarmee je behoeften in kaart brengt of een gelijkwaardige ervaring
- kennis van het SAP-domein is een pluspunt
- een grondige kennis van de nutssector is een pluspunt
- ervaring in SSRS is een troef
- een perfecte beheersing (mondeling & schriftelijk) van één van de twee landstalen (NL, FR) en een goede kennis van de andere taal of de bereidheid om deze snel te verwerven. Op professioneel vlak beheer je daarnaast ook het technisch Engels.
- je bent in het bezit van een universitair diploma in een economische, industriële, wetenschappelijke of IT-richting

- Je bent klantgericht en je communiceert vlot met de verschillende interne en externe contactpersonen van het project.
