**Your tasks**
- Assisting in answering questions across technical and business/legislative aspects;
- Working with EU legislations and extracting requirements from legal documents;
- Creating stakeholder maps, defining website logical architecture and navigation logic;
- Identifying the services needed to ensure stakeholder satisfaction;
- Drafting written sound answers to questions across EU policy compliance;
- Writing and reviewing content for the portal, user manuals, business documentation and Wikis.
**Requirements**:
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with 13 years of relevant experience;
- At least 2 years of specific expertise in communication with stakeholders;
- At least 2 years of specific expertise in writing content for websites, wikis, or any other collaborative tool;
- At least 2 years of specific expertise in organizing workshops with many participants;
- At least 1 year of experience in working with EU legislations and extracting requirements from legal documents;
- At least 1 year of experience in formulating written sound answers to questions across EU policy compliance;
- At least 2 years of specific expertise in Wiki or similar collaborative tools;
- At least 1 years of experience in defining website logical architecture and navigation logic;
- At least 2 years of specific expertise in Business model and business process analysis;
- At least 1 year of experience in creating tutorials would be an asset;
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile);
- Excellent command of the English language.
