**Job Description**:
ARHS Developments is looking for a motivated & enthusiastic CRM Specialist for one of its clients at the European Institutions in Brussels.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Customer relationship management aiming at the adoption of digital solutions
- Maintenance and update of wikis related to the information systems
- Implementation of social and collaborative solutions
- Ensuring coherence of the logical and physical structure of web sites, web pages and of navigation methods
- Writing web procedure manuals
- Participation in coordination and project meetings
- Communication to end users on new releases & unavailability of systems
- Ensuring each deliverable is approved by stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Evaluating, recommending and implementing the most effective development, production and site maintenance processes based on internal policies and the best practices for all interactive media

**Qualifications**:
**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in communication or equivalent
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment
- Experience working in a team on multiple large projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of French would be considered an asset

**Technical skills**
- 2 years of experience with **Confluence & JIRA**:

- 2 years of experience with **HTML** or web development tools and languages (e.g. PHP, CSS, JavaScript, Editors, etc.)
- Good knowledge of
- Wiki, collaborative sites and social networks.
- Web environment (SharePoint & CMS)
- IT communications and notifications tools
- Management of documents and users through interactive forms
- Proven conceptual understanding of content structuring, storage, access and presentation elements
- Experience in the implementation of social and collaborative solutions and creation of detailed sites topology
- Experience in drafting, editing and reviewing web contents and user documentation related to information systems
- Knowledge of bulk communication tools
- Able to cope with the needs of multi-language site deployment
