We are currently seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join our client's team. As an expert in CRM, you will be based in Brussels, Belgium, working either at the company's premises or on-site at customer locations. In this role, you will be integrated into the Development team, closely collaborating with a major client's IT team on-site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer relationships and drive the adoption of digital solutions.
- Oversee the adoption journey of various stakeholders.
- Resolve stakeholder complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Contribute to the success of digital projects and initiatives by keeping stakeholders updated and ensuring their adoption of digital solutions.
- Identify services required to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and create and enforce plans to meet their needs.
- Manage and follow up on user requests.
- Handle incidents related to information systems.
- Utilize customer relationship management and service management practices and tools, such as SMT.
- Utilize issue and project tracking tools, such as Confluence and JIRA.
- Leverage wiki and collaborative sites for effective communication and provide 1st level support for information systems.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in IT or a relevant discipline, combined with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and service management practices and tools (e.g., SMT).
- Experience with issue and project tracking tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA).
- Hands-on experience with the use of wikis and collaborative sites, as well as 1st level support for information systems.
- Excellent command of the English language.
