We bieden jou een vacature aan als recruitment consulent in de industriële sector.
Als recruitment consultant ben jij de ambassadeur van alle Daoust waarden. Je speelt een centrale rol en jij bent het eerste contactpunt voor zowel de kandidaten als de klanten.
Jouw voornaamste missie is de tewerkstelling van kandidaten bij de klanten ( verworven en geprospecteerde). Je zorgt ook voor de gehele administratieve opvolg.
De functie is onderverdeeld in drie hoofdonderdelen: recruitment, commercieel en administratief.
Jouw taken zijn onder andere:
Rekruteren:
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor heel het wervingsproces van de kandidaten. Vanaf hun inschrijving bij een jobcenter tot hun start bij de klant.
Commercieel:
Je onderhoudt goede relaties met bestaande klanten en prospecteert naar potentiële nieuwe klanten.
Administratief:
Je garandeert een goede administratieve opvolging van klanten en kandidaten (commerciële contracten, diensten, arbeidsovereenkomsten,...). Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en beantwoordt de vragen.
**Votre profil**:
- Je bent een dynamisch en positieve persoon.
- Je beschikt over een diploma superieur onderwijs - type bachelor (Human Resources, Communicatie, Marketing,).
- Je spreek vloeiend Frans en hebt een goed niveau Nederlands (minimum B2).
- De human resources wereld en meer specifiek het rekrutering aspect trekt jou aan en passioneert jou.
- Je beschikt over een goed commercieel contact en houdt ervan je doelen te bereiken.
- Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je hebt gemakkelijk een contact et anderen en je voelt je comfortabel om te prospecteren.
- Je bent oplossingsgericht en je kan initiatieven nemen.
