**DESCRIPTION**
As a market analyst within the Digital & Campaigns department, you’ll be part of a great team working on the core of the AXA transformation. While you’ll be reporting to the Strategy & Salesflow Optimization Manager, you will closely work together with different members of the Digital & Campaigns team, in project mode. You’ll be responsible for analysing market conditions to contribute identifying threats or opportunities for our different online sales products. You will analyse internal qualitative and quantitative data from different sources, market trends, competition,. You will help analyse the data from salesflow, as well as performance data in order to provide actionable insights to the team. You will either conduct or participate to analysis to determine what products are in demand, which subsegments will purchase the products and the price they are willing to pay.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
- Be in charge of competitive watch
- Utilize online market researches and be the owner of the main findings
- Understand methods of inflows data collection
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data and draw conclusions
- Formulate conclusions & key findings based on analysis and present it to internal client(s) or team members
- Remain fully informed on market trends and competitors moves
- Propose recommendations to improve current situation
- Back up of Performance manager (delivery of PBI information) and Sales Traffic generation specialist
Technical skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business management or similar demonstrable experience.
- French or Dutch speaking, ability to write in English
- Affinity with analysis of data: Xls and pivot table
- Previous knowledge of Google analytics / web analytics is a plus
- Good communication and presentation skills / ability to express conclusions and key insights from data

- You have an ability to interpret numbers
- You are curious and have a good business sense
