Organization
The Customer & Sales team who provides IT support to the Belgium Supply business is looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Analyst based in Brussels. The analyst will be part of a larger IT team responsible for front-end and middleware solutions and will be working closely with business stakeholders for digital marketing activities on the B2B market.
Position overview
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns for our clients. You will work closely with internal business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure that their marketing strategies are not only executed flawlessly but also technically meet all requirements and policies. You will play a coordinating role and offer services for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. In this role you will also oversee the various release management activities. As a Marketing Cloud lead, you'll take the lead in mentoring less experienced Salesforce colleagues, providing them with guidance and support. Additionally, you'll offer training and assistance to internal stakeholders in utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related digital marketing solutions.
**Key Responsibilities **as Marketing Cloud Technica**l** Analyst**
- Collaborating with internal teams and marketeers, creating digital Campaigns.
- Assisting in scope creation and customer journey configurations.
- Create marketing assets using Salesforce AMP-script, HTML and CSS.
- Develop SQL queries for data segmentation and personalization.
- Perform data analysis and provide insights to enhance campaign performance.
- Ensure the integration of your solutions with other systems in the IT landscape.
- Transform business needs into solutions according to the best practices and standards.
- Optimize work, scope and planning of the team by defining and prioritizing the backlog
- Monitor & fine tune communication delivery.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in a business, engineering or IT-related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud with active involvement in at least three implementation projects.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud to support cross-cloud implementations.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Consultant and Developer) are a must, Salesforce Administrator (CRM) certification is a plus.
- Strong technical skills, including SQL and AMPscript.
- Demonstrated experience with account-based marketing or key account marketing strategies.
