Proximus Group consists of the mother company Proximus SA and a growing network of subsidiary companies in the telecom and IT sectors, active in the Benelux and various other countries.
**Responsibilities**:
As a Junior Solution Sales for our business unit Smart Networks you are part of a specialized sales team that inspires our customers and sells new IT Network solutions across various business segments. You will work in a commercial sales team and start as an internal sales to support our commercial teamYou will be able to grow and evolve over time with specific knowledge of our diverse IT Network solutions and processes. Over time you will become a full commercial solution sales, specialised in Smart Networks.
**Your main tasks and responsibilities**:
- You will start mainly as an internal desk sales and handle divers sales and admin tasks to support our Solution Sales.
- You will have a commercial role in our team, and you work with goals and targets.
- You will handle commercial communications internally and with our customers.
- You will follow up on pending offers and orders via mail, tools and calls. You will use divers digital admin reporting tools.
- You will be proactively in contact with our sales and pre-sales teams and with our customers.
- You will learn and grow how we sell solutions and help to manage IT-Life cycles. You will handle commercial processes and tools. You will become a Commercial Networks Specialist over time.
- You will reach out to customers and prospects to support our sales teams in the innovative Smart Network domain. You will learn to screen smaller projects to handle these yourself towards a signed contract.
- For specific project you can join customer meetings and go onsite.
- You will learn and create commercial insights that help you convince our customers why intelligent and secure networks are the cornerstone of their digital journey.
- You gain insights and knowledge about the market and trends concerning (W)LAN, SDx, SASE, etc
Profile
- You communicate smoothly with our customers, both in writing and verbally, in French, Dutch, and English.
- You have a couple of years of sales experience in B2B services, preferably from the IT or technology industry.
- You are able talk and present to customers.
- You are a team player, communicative, and assertive.
- You work results-oriented with a focus on challenging KPIs. You report systematically.
- You are customer-oriented and possess a sense of responsibility.
- You want to learn and continuously evolve in our digital landscape.
