Au sein de la direction Finance & Business Administration, la division General Accounting se porte garante d’une comptabilité financière correcte, conformément à la législation et aux normes comptables en vigueur. Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Teamleader Accounts Payable qui se chargera de l'organisation et du suivi financier de la comptabilité fournisseurs.
- Vous dirigez une équipe de 8 personnes. Dans ce cadre, vous assurez une bonne répartition des tâches et, en tant que coach, vous accompagnez les collaborateurs, vous les motivez, les aidez dans leur développement et les évaluez.
- Vous assurez un suivi actif des factures d'achat afin de réduire au maximum le backlog des factures non traitées.
- Vous participez à la recherche de solutions en cas de problèmes au niveau du workflow du processus de facturation.
- Vous identifiez les possibilités d'amélioration du processus P2P, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les autres parties prenantes de ce processus de bout en bout.
- Vous êtes responsable du suivi correct du livre de journal d'achat et contribuez à la clôture mensuelle (résolution de problèmes AP, réconciliations concernant divers comptes de bilan, contrôles et rapports).
- Vous assurez un bon échange d’informations avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Vous êtes responsable du suivi et du reporting des KPI opérationnels dans le processus de facturation des factures entrantes.
- Vous vous tenez constamment au courant des évolutions et des développements dans votre propre domaine.
Vous rapportez au manager General Accounting sur les progrès, les problèmes et les développements futurs.
- Vous êtes en possession d'un Master dans une orientation économique ou financière, ou avez une expérience équivalente (bachelier).
- Vous possédez une expérience pertinente d'au moins 5 ans.
- Vous avez un sens aigu de la communication et visez une bonne collaboration avec les collègues de votre service et des autres services.
- Vous êtes un(e) « problem solver » doté(e) d’un esprit d’analyse, et les chiffres vous passionnent. Vous ne craignez pas de mettre la main à la pâte.
- Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et l'esprit d'initiative. Vous êtes également ouvert(e) aux idées des autres.
- Vous êtes résistant(e) au stress.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement une des deux langues nationales et parlez couramment l’autre.
- Une connaissance de SAP, en particulier du VIM, constitue un atout important.
- Vous êtes « IT-minded » et possédez une bonne connaissance des outils MS Office (Word, Excel,...).
