**Project Manager Business Transitie - Gent**:
Als Project Manager Business Transitie voor onze site in Puurs ben je de schakel tussen het program management enerzijds en de verschillende stakeholders op de site anderzijds. Doel van deze Project Manager is om een belangrijke transformatie te begeleiden op de operationele site te Gent. De transformatie is gelinkt om multiple circulaire bouw en technologische projecten te implementeren. In deze functie bekijk je de bredere impact van een project op jouw site. Naast de technische investering kijk je breder naar andere processen zoals organisatie, systemen, rekrutering, interne processen, supply chain, logistiek, etc. Je aligneert de impact van een project met de verwachtingen van een site en je zorgt voor goede informatiedoorstroming en afstemming. Je zorgt voor een lokaal project managen en hebt aandacht voor de veranderingsaspecten.
**Hoe ziet een job als Project Manager Gent er bij ons uit?**
- Samen met Site manager en het programma management bepaal je de scoop van voor de multiple circulaire projecten en werk je samen aan het concept.
- Je stelt een plan van aanpak op, ontwikkelt en realiseert de projectplanning, volgt budgetten op, doet aan stakholdermanagement en zorgt voor performante communicatie, brengt risico’s in kaart, gaat besluiten en acties opvolgen en rapporteert naar het management.
- Je bekijkt de impact van dit concept op jouw site, de verschillende processen en organisatiestructuur: organisatie, operationele processen, site layout, recruitment, learning & development, etc.
- Je zorgt voor een goede communicatiedoorstroming en allignment tussen de site en het centrale programma management en de betrokken experts zoals engineers, logistieke experten, materialen beheer, finance, etc.
- Je vertaalt de impact van het project naar gestructureerd en gecoördineerd change management.
- Je staat in voor het beheer (technisch, organisatorisch, administratief, financieel ) van de jouw toegewezen projecten of -onderdelen op de site in Gent.
- Je zorgt voor de totaal coördinatie en planning van jouw projecten en projectonderdelen.
- Je doet aan stakeholder management en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie met alle partijen: operations, SHEQ, finance, project management engineering,
- Vanuit je expertise werk je mee aan de uitvoering en de coördinatie van diverse opdrachten in de site in Gent.
**Wat verwachten wij**:
- Je hebt een bachelor, master of ingenieursdiploma.
- Je hebt interesse in techniek en organisatorische processen.
- Je hebt een aantal jaar ervaring in project & change management binnen verschillende organisatie disciplines.
- Je beschikt over een professionele kennis Nederlands en Engels, alsook MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT). Je spreekt goed Frans of je bent bereid het verder te verfijnen.
- Autonoom werken, pragmatische ingesteldheid en analytisch inzicht zijn jouw troeven.
- Je bent een echte teamspeler die mensen kan verbinden en beschikt over excellente organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
