**IT Manager**:
**Presentation and main purpose/objective of the division**:
Assume responsibility for organizing and planning a dedicated ICT department in order to contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives. Determine ICT needs within the organization and translate them into concrete projects in order to provide IT solutions that improve the efficient functioning of the organization.
**Main objective of the job**:
- Advising the Director ICT on ICT trends, technical problems, need for upgrades and updates of the current technical equipment (hardware & software) in order to provide him/her with a basis on which to make strategic decisions
- Coordinate and organize the various activities of the ICT service according to the priorities and competences of each, and the needs of the organization in order to provide an efficient and effective service that meets the quality requirements of the organization.
- Provide technical support to staff in order to assist team members in solving problems.
- Coaching and developing his/her employees in order to maximize and develop competences, skills and know-how.
- Keep himself/herself continuously informed of the evolutions and developments in the field of ICT, keep his/her knowledge up to date according to the changes in the regulations in order to strengthen his/her credibility by offering a service that is continuously based on updated knowledge.
