**Jobomschrijving**:
Als Corporate Safety Specialist sta je de Corporate Risk & Safety Manager bij in de ontwikkeling, de implementatie, de supervisie en de verbetering van het Safetybeheerssysteem (SBS) alsook de Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) van de MIVB op basis van een mandaat van de CEO. Je bent de back-up van de Corporate Risk & Safety Manager en de tussenpersoon op het terrein voor de toepassing van de methodes van het SB en ERM.

In detail:

- Je staat de Corporate Risk & Safety Manager bij in de ontwikkeling, de implementatie, de supervisie en de verbetering van het Safetybeheerssysteem (SBS) van de MIVB, volgens het geldende juridische kader en de globale Safetystrategie.
- Je begeleidt de implementatie van dit SBS binnen de onderneming door op te treden als tussenpersoon op het terrein en je verzekert de haalbaarheid op operationeel vlak van de algemene veiligheidsplannen en -procedures, na overleg met het lokale management.
- Je werkt mee aan de analyse van de ongevallen en incidenten, als coördinator of expert.
- Je ondersteunt de Safety teams van de entiteiten met een «kwaliteits»-aanpak.
- Je bereidt het Risk Committee voor en animeert deze.
- Je begeleidt de lokale entiteiten in het kader van lokale Safetyprojecten.
- Je neemt de lead in de Risk analyse sessies en andere ERM projecten (update van de policies, Dashboards,).
- Je ondersteunt en geeft opleidingen in het beheer van de JIRA tool en de ERM in het algemeen.
- Je animeert workshops die als doel hebben om de Top Risks van de MIVB te beheren.

**Gevraagd profiel**:

- Je hebt een universitair diploma: ingenieur of gelijkgestelde richting en enkele jaren ervaring in Safety, Quality, Risk of RAMS engineering (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety)
- Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van spoorwegen, stadsvervoer, luchtvaart of de automobielsector.
- Je hebt een globale visie op het stadsvervoer en de Safety-aspecten die hieraan verbonden zijn
- Je beheerst de CENELEC-normen EN 50126 - 50128 - 50129 en het Europese reglement nr. 402/2013 betreffende de gemeenschappelijke veiligheidsmethode voor risico-evaluatie en -beoordeling alsook de kwaliteitsreferentiesystemen (ISO 9001 / IRIS)
- Je bent Frans-of Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal. Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Persoonlijke kwaliteiten: zin voor analyse en synthese, goede communicatievaardigheden, overtuigingskracht, relationele en organisatievaardigheden, motor van verandering, facilitator, vermogen om te verenigen, autonomie en nauwgezet, diplomatie.
