La fonction Compliance veille au respect des lois et réglementations applicables au secteur bancaire, afin de protéger la réputation de la banque et de ses collaborateurs. Elle jouit d’une indépendance totale et rapporte directement au CEO de BNPPF.

Intégrée au domaine Financial Security, l’équipe Fiscal Deontology joue un rôle stratégique pour répondre aux attentes de la Banque Nationale en matière de lutte contre la fraude fiscale, en assurant la diffusion de principes de conduite exemplaires au sein de BNP Paribas Fortis.

**Votre futur job**

En tant que Responsable Fiscal Deontology:

- vous êtes le garant l’implémentation effective de la **politique de prévention fiscale** au sein de la banque et de sa mise à jour constante au regard des évolutions en la matière ;
- vous contrôlez la bonne mise en œuvre des politiques relatives aux **réglementations internationales** (FATCA/QI, AEOI, DAC6) ;
- vous participez aux **exercices de reporting** relatifs aux sujets fiscaux et apporterez votre expertise spécialisée aux exercices d’auto-évaluations des risques de la banque (RCSA, EWRA) ;
- vous supervisez pour la Compliance le **dispositif de contrôle** des sujets fiscaux, en vérifiant la bonne réalisation des contrôles afférents et les plans d’actions à définir en fonction de leurs résultats.
- vous assumez un rôle **d’analyse et de conseil** auprès de nos collègues Compliance ou Business dans des dossiers particuliers, dès lors qu’il existe un soupçon d’ordre fiscal.
- vous assurez le suivi des **actualités et projets** susceptibles d’impacter la banque et proposerez les adaptations qui en découlent.

Votre rôle suppose de **nombreux contacts** avec différentes parties prenantes au sein de la banque (Business, fonctions, Legal, Tax, etc.) et une **participation active** aux réunions et comités de pilotage.

Au sein du groupe BNP Paribas, vous serez également la **personne de contact de BNP Paribas Fortis** au sein de la communauté Compliance pour ce qui concerne les réglementations internationales. Vous serez ainsi amené à interagir avec des collaborateurs du Groupe et avec vos homologues dans d’autres entités du groupe.

C’est donc un emploi très dynamique qui vous attend, avec beaucoup d’interactions et de points de contact dans les différents domaines de la banque.

- Vous êtes titulaire d’un master avec spécialisation en fiscalité ou avez une expérience équivalente.
- Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais, le français et l'anglais.
- Vous disposez d’une solide culture du risque, fondée sur un esprit analytique et beaucoup de « bon sens ».
- Vous faites preuve de proactivité, pouvez travailler de manière autonome et prendre des décisions dans un cadre prédéterminé, tout en communiquant efficacement et sans délai avec votre management.
- Vous disposez d’une grande aisance dans la communication écrite et orale.
- Vous placez les clients (internes et externes) au centre de vos préoccupations et veillez à prendre en compte les contraintes de chacun, sans toutefois compromettre votre indépendance ni l’exemplarité de la banque en matière fiscale.
