**Je nieuwe rol**
Als customer service medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de orderverwerking van bestelling tot levering. Je krijgt een eigen klantenportefeuille en je beheert hun bestellingen van A tot Z. Je zal daarom in nauw contact komen te staan met de Supply Chain afdeling alsook de sales afdeling. Op deze manier kan je de juiste informatie voor je klanten verzamelen en doorgeven. Jouw doel is dan ook om naar maximale klantentevredenheid te streven. Je zal ook verantwoordelijk zijn voor de facturatie van je klantenportefeuille en voor de administratieve opvolging. Deze functie biedt veel variatie door het contact met klanten, het contact met interne departementen en de bijbehorende administratie.
**Je profiel**
Voor deze veelzijdige functie zijn we op zoek naar een kandidaat die vloeiend is in het Nederlands en het Frans. Daarboven op zijn we op zoek naar iemand die een bachelor denkniveau heeft en die reeds een eerste ervaring heeft in een soortgelijke functie. Je bent iemand die proactief te werk gaat, de orde in chaos ziet en steeds met een positieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset te werk gaat. Je haalt energie uit het verder helpen van je klanten en hebt geen enkel probleem met het aanleren van nieuwe programma’s.
**Je nieuwe bedrijf**
Onze klant is actief in de energiesector en is gemakkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer vermits ze één kilometer verwijderd zijn van het station Brussel-Zuid. Daarnaast kan je ook zonder problemen met de wagen komen omdat ze over een parking beschikken.
**Je vergoeding**
Onze opdrachtgever is in de mogelijkheid om je onmiddellijk vast contract aan te bieden. Daarnaast bieden ze ook een zeer aantrekkelijk salaris aan in lijn met je ervaring en bieden ze daarbovenop een pakket van extralegale voordelen aan zoals maaltijdcheques, verzekeringen en transportvergoeding. Je hebt bij deze werkgever ook recht op 29 verlofdagen per jaar
