Sibelga beheert de distributienetten voor gas en elektriciteit in Brussel. **BIJ WELKE DIENST KOM JE TERECHT?**:
Het departement Market & Asset staat met name in voor de opvolging van het goede verloop van de interacties tussen de diensten van Sibelga en de belangrijkste spelers op de energiemarkt (commercieel elektriciteits
- en gasleveranciers, flexibiliteitsleveranciers, derden,...). Het gaat erom de volledigheid, de juistheid en de kwaliteit te waarborgen van de technische, energie-, tarief
- en contractuele gegevens die verband houden met de toegangspunten van de Brusselse klanten, en dit tijdig.

Deze opvolging gebeurt onder meer via het dagelijkse beheer van het toegangsregister (een toepassing die de EAN-codes, klanten en leveranciers met elkaar in verband brengt, zowel gebruikt door Sibelga als door de leveranciers), maar ook via de monitoring en voortdurende verbetering van de back-ends en vakprocessen en/of de noodzakelijke aanpassingen ervan in het licht van de evolutie van de markt, de regelgeving of de wetgeving.

Binnen het departement is de dienst Market & Access verantwoordelijk voor de ondersteuning van de operationele teams bij de ontwikkeling van hun vakprocessen. Dit vereist de nodige deskundigheid in het gebruik van de tools die de processen Market & Access ondersteunen. Deze expertise wordt verzorgd door de dienst Business Application Management (NACC).

**JOUW JOB**:
Als Operational Analyst neem je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden op jou:

- Je beheerst de gebruiksvoorwaarden en -procedures van de applicaties die betrekking hebben op je expertisedomein en bent bijgevolg in staat om te antwoorden op de supportvragen van de gebruikers van deze applicaties (oplossen van complexe gevallen, vragen over het gebruik van de applicaties, opsporen/creëren van bugs, coaching, opstellen van gebruikershandleidingen...);
- Je identificeert, behandelt en volgt functionele uitzonderingen op die verband houden met je expertisedomein (foutenlogs, uitzonderingen, desynchronisaties tussen systemen,...);
- Je werkt mee aan de verbetering van de kwaliteit van de gegevens op je expertisedomein (meting van de kwaliteit van de gegevens, analyse van de kwaliteitsproblemen inzake gegevens, bepaling van de procedures voor opschoning/verrijking, deelname aan de opschoning,...) ;
- Je test de functionaliteiten die door het informaticadepartement zijn ingevoerd in het kader van bugs, wijzigingen of projecten, om na te gaan of ze beantwoorden aan de behoeften van de gebruikers van de applicaties die verband houden met je expertisedomein;
- Je voert operationele taken uit in het kader van massadata of het updaten van masterdata in de applicaties die de Market & Access processen ondersteunen.

**JOUW PROFIEL**:

- Je bent, als gebruiker, al vertrouwd met een of meer functionele domeinen van de applicaties die de Market & Access processen ondersteunen (Metering, Asset, marktscenario's (Structuring), Settlement);
- Informatica wekt bij jou leergierigheid op. Je hebt, naast het gebruik van de applicaties, belangstelling voor de werking ervan;
- Je beheerst het Nederlands of het Frans perfect en je kan je uitdrukken in de andere taal. Op professioneel vlak heb je kennis van het technisch Engels;
- Kerncompetenties: analytische geest, klantgerichtheid, kritische geest, pragmatisch, autonoom.
