**Wat ga je doen?**
- **Kandidaten selecteren en matchen**: Vul interne vacatures in met getalenteerde en gekwalificeerde kandidaten. Gebruik Adecco's test
- en selectiemethodologieën om efficiënt een goede selectie te maken. Presenteer een shortlist van kandidaten aan de hiring managers. Onderhoud kwalitatieve relaties met potentiële kandidaten.
- **Diverse wervingskanalen opbouwen en onderhouden**: Richt je op een kwalitatieve en actieve kandidatendatabase.
- **Proactief kandidaten zoeken en benaderen**: Bied een proactieve wervingsservice door kandidaten actief te benaderen via verschillende wervingskanalen. Plaats interne vacatures op verschillende kanalen.
- **Onderhoud de kandidatenpool**: Organiseer activiteiten die relatiebeheer ondersteunen; screen wervingskanalen proactief op beschikbare kandidaten; bel stagiairs terug die eerder zijn uitgestroomd; bel regretted leavers terug, enz.
- **Effectieve wervingskanalen onderhouden en ontwikkelen**: Voer arbeidsmarktanalyses uit. Werk nauw samen met de marketingafdeling op het gebied van employer branding en campuswervingsacties. Ontwikkel en onderhoud contacten met lokale openbare arbeidsbemiddelingsdiensten. Coördineer samenwerkingen met derde rekruteringspartijen.
- **Correcte administratieve opvolging in TalentLink**: Garandeer een volledige en accurate informatieoverdracht en rapporteer tijdig over werving & sourcing activiteiten aan de Head of Talent.
- **Blijf op de hoogte van rekruteringstrends en -technieken**: Neem deel aan netwerkevenementen, maak deel uit van communities en neem een houding van levenslang leren aan.
**Wie ben jij?**
- Heb je een passie voor HR?
- Heb je uitzonderlijke communicatieve, interpersoonlijke en besluitvormingsvaardigheden?
- Heb je een luisterende en klantgerichte persoonlijkheid die straalt, charmeert en resoneert?
- Ben je veerkrachtig en in staat om doortastend te reageren in stressvolle omstandigheden?
- Heb je een Bachelor of Master diploma of relevante ervaring in HR?
- Is je Nederlands en/of Frans perfect, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk? Heb je ook een goed niveau Engels?
- Kun je vlot werken met MS Office 365?
