Ter versterking van het departement Compliance & Continuity zijn wij op zoek naar een Operator Control Room (m/v/x)
Jouw vluchtinstructies
- Je staat in voor het beheer en opvolging van bewakings
- en camerabeveiligingssystemen:
- Je opereert vanuit de Controlekamer van het Security team van Brussels Airport Company.
- Je bedient de verschillende toegangscontrole
- en camerabeveiligingssystemen en staat zo mee in voor de toegangs
- en camerabeveiliging van Brussels Airport.
- Je meldt, analyseert, interpreteert en behandelt de security alarmen volgens vooraf vastgelegde procedures en handelt ze af in overleg met de bevoegde personen binnen de dienst Security.
- Je houdt de technische beveiligingsinstallatie van Brussels Airport Company mee op punt, meldt alle technische defecten die invloed hebben op het toegangscontrolesysteem volgens vooraf vastgelegde procedures.
- Je rapporteert frequent voorkomende security
- en technische alarmen.
- Je behandelt de goedgekeurde aanvragen (het openen van beveiligde deuren, het sturen van liften, het sturen van deuren van de boarding-gates, het registreren van camerabeelden, het opzoeken van badge-info,), analyseert ze en geeft vervolgens toelichtingen aan de verantwoordelijke collega’s binnen Security met inschatting van de impact van mogelijke beslissingen.
- Je voert een aantal speciale opdrachten uit (testen van het systeem, de werking checken van de automatische camera-alarmen,...).
- Je ondersteunt dagelijks het Management met het aanmaken en evalueren van een aantal listings en rapporten.
- Je houdt het klassement met uitgevoerde aanvragen alsook de verschillende archieven (o.a. dat van de het videobestand, rapporten, aanvragen, interne memo’s,), up-to-date.
- Je ondersteunt de dienst Security bij het analyseren/registreren van camerabeelden in het kader van incidenten, onderzoeken, schadegevallen,
- Je behandelt eerste lijnsvragen/-klachten met betrekking tot toegangsissues/camerabewaking, escaleert indien nodig naar de hiërarchische overste.
- Je begeleidt externen (bv. Federale Politie) bij het onderzoek naar inbreuken, zoekt en toont camerabeelden.
Jouw paspoort
- Je beschikt over het kennisniveau Hoger Middelbaar Onderwijs.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en proceduregericht.
- Je kan je beroepen op een technische basiskennis van camerabeveiligings
- en toegangscontrolesystemen en je beschikt over een grondige kennis inzake de opbouw ervan.
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van de topografie van de luchthaven of je bent bereid om die op korte termijn te verwerven.
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van de courante en de specifieke software.
- Gesproken basiskennis van de tweede landstaal en van het Engels.
