Ter versterking van het departement Security zijn wij op zoek naar een Control Room Manager.
Spreekt deze uitdaging je aan?
De Security Control Room is een kritische dienst waar een awareness en understanding wordt opgebouwd met betrekking tot de beveiliging van de luchthaven. Vanuit het Security Operations Center wordt alles gecoördineerd en opgevolgd op vlak van security operaties.
- Als Manager sta je in voor de organisatie van de Control room en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënte en kwalitatieve verloop van alle security-control-room-processen. Je kijkt kritisch naar deze processen en probeert deze continu te verbeteren.
- Je geeft leiding aan een 15-tal control-room-operatoren en je bouwt er samen met hen aan om een positieve, efficiënte en proactieve werkomgeving te creëren, met veel betrokkenheid.
- Je treedt op als project manager/ expert binnen projecten waarbij de control room betrokken is. Je waakt er over dat wettelijke securityaspecten worden geïmplementeerd en/of ontwikkeld op de meest klantvriendelijke en kostefficiënte manier.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het stroomlijnen van securityprocessen met de algemene luchthavenprocessen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de integratie van de control-room-activiteiten binnen het Joint Security Operations Centre (JSOC).
Welke bagage neem je mee?
- Je bent Master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van de internationale en nationale luchtvaartwetgeving en -reglementering, bij voorkeur heb je ook kennis van het luchthavenbeveiligingsplan en securityoperaties in het bijzonder.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en in het Frans en en je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
- Als people manager weet je niet enkel je team te enthousiasmeren, maar ben je ook geëngageerd om voor een constante coaching en begeleiding te zorgen van jouw medewerkers.
- Een problemsolver, die binnen het wettelijke kader en bestaande processen en procedures weet te functioneren, steeds met een klantgerichte mindset.
- Besluitvaardigheid, een duidelijke strategische visie en uitstekende communicatieskills zijn belangrijke vaardigheden om succesvol te zijn in jouw functie.
