**ABOUT SWOOVE**:
Intelligent Internet Machines (trading as "Swoove Studios") is an entertainment software company at the intersection of storytelling and 3D Animation. We build products that blend the best of both worlds with disruptive ideas designed to expand fun and creativity in unexpected new ways.

We have developed a real-time, 3D-animation creation platform for mobile using its proprietary technology. Our mission is to democratise 3D animation and to provide an easy-to-use toolset that empowers anyone to express themselves.

We make easy, swipe-based, real-time, 3D animation available to all.

**OUR MISSION**:
Swoove is a unique place for people to create fun, shareable, viral content. It makes 3D animation available to ANYONE, in real-time, using just a few swipes.

Our Mobile Virtual Studio will enable anyone to create and watch cool 3D-animated content which they can share with their friends across different social media platforms. Creators will personalize and animate their unique avatar and will allow them to create their own dance routines without having to put themselves on camera.

At Swoove you will be part of a team whose mission is to “Democratise 3D-Animation”, to release the inner storyteller that exists in all of us and help transform the way people express themselves online

**Requirements**:
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Act as the main point of contact for marketing and user growth across the company with a core focus on EU. You’ll identify key opportunities, challenges, and critical levers to drive the growth of the Swoove brand and user base in Europe and North America.
- Drive a holistic GTM strategy in close partnership with product, content, community and sales to coordinate various global and local programs rolling out in priority markets.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Swoove’s audience in our core markets in terms of market dynamics, cultural nuances and user needs to market Swoove to a wide range of audiences, including consumers, digital artists, creators and industry partners
- Create and build a coherent and consistent strategy to adapt and scale Swoove’s marketing campaigns across Growth, Brand, Social, and Lifecycle.
- Partner with functions such as product marketing, product growth, brand, creative and content teams to ensure Swoove users and prospects enjoy a consistent and delightful user experience at every stage of their journey and across all touch points.
- Partner with external agencies (e.g. PR/Brand/Growth) to uphold our brand strategy and scale new programs and experiences that will support our brand values
- Experiment with creative tactics and develop plans for lean growth. You will also be expected to hire and develop outstanding marketers and operators over time
- You will be a key member of the management team at Swoove and be expected to show leadership across the board and represent the company externally as such

**WHAT EXPERTISE AND CHARACTERS ARE WE LOOKING FOR**:

- 10+ years of growth marketing and leadership experience where you have successfully delivered results driving awareness, acquisition, growth, and retention.
- Experience in tech, entertainment or start-up sectors is strongly preferred
- Experience devising GTM strategies across UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy with proven results in these regions and an ultimate growth mindset (ex-EU experience is a bonus).
- Preference for a strong B2C marketeer, who has a portfolio of successful award-worthy 360 marketing campaigns spanning multiple languages and various online and offline channels
- Ability to lead critical initiatives and build partnerships with local and national level officials, business executives, thought leaders, and influential figures.
- Keen analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex, disparate datasets into insights that drive strategies and solutions.
- A general understanding of budget management principles and regularly identifying the most cost-effective approaches.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to successfully influence and communicate complex information clearly to your colleagues and through marketing material.
- A track record of scaling and developing agile and happy marketing teams across multiple markets to achieve ambitious targets. A natural teammate, with a proven track record of cross-functional leadership and partnership.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Full proficiency in English and preferably working knowledge of one or more of the following languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish)
