Simac ICT Belgium maakt deel uit van het internationale Simac Techniek nv met vestigingen in Nederland, België, Luxemburg en Tsjechië. Met 50 jaar ervaring heeft Simac een brede en diepgaande kennis van elk aspect binnen de ICT-infrastructuur opgebouwd. Onze 160 ervaren medewerkers leveren een compleet dienstenpakket: consultancy, implementatie, projectbeheer, ICT-infrastructuurbeheer, onderhoud en outtasking.
Ter versterking van onze afdeling Datacenter & Connectivity Solutions (DCS) zijn wij op zoek naar:
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Functie
- Je zorgt dat alle service tools, ITIL processen en activiteiten van de service organisatie op punt staan om een uitstekende dienstverlening na streven en optimaliseert waar nodig.
- Je stuurt projectmanagers en techniekers aan om de verwachte output te realiseren.
- Je ben verantwoordelijk voor het up to date houden van technische competenties en kennis binnen de services afdeling.
- Je vertaalt de DCS service catalogus in technisch uitvoerbare diensten
- Je bewaakt de rentabiliteit op projecten en service contracten en stuurt bij waar nodig.
- Je zorgt voor de maandelijkse rapportering van KPI’s en SLA’s en maakt de maandelijkse forecasting op.
- Je vertegenwoordigt de serviceorganisatie bij commerciële gesprekken en bij klanten escalaties
- Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de director van de DCS business unit en maakt deel uit van het DCS MT.
Profiel
- Bachelor of Master in computerwetenschappen, electro-mechanica of gelijkwaardige ervaring m.b.t. klantenservice, management en technische ondersteuning.
- Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen ICT of elektrotechniek.
- Je hebt een passie voor techniek en kennis van gestructureerde bekabeling, elektriciteit, netwerk
- en wifi oplossingen, DCIM is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een sterke focus op klantenservice, uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve instelling.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een praktische kennis van Frans en Engels.
