You will be responsible for the ‘Medium’ customer portfolio, including DIY shops, Garden Stores, Art Shops, smaller Retail Chains, Deco shops, Office equipment suppliers, School Suppliers and small wholesalers in Belgium and Luxemburg.

Your Missions:
**Farming**:

- Developing existing customers - Visiting existing customers face-to-face
- Promoting new products and increase product visibility
- Develop and manage tailor made Action/ Marketing plans, and set-up a challenging promotional plan
- Monitor customer budget such as Year-End rebates and Coop investment
- Be the multi-brand SPOC - Train customers to use the webshop
- As product specialist, advise local buyers and buying groups about our assortment, market figures and trends
- Negotiate commercial conditions (discounts, RFA, etc.) and product ranges
- Analyzing the competition, carrying out blind checks and providing feedback to Brand Managers
- Working closely with Brand Managers

**Hunting**:

- Creation of the database in collaboration with the Sales Manager
- Prospection to further develop your customer portfolio in different channels such as Toy Stores, DIY, Garden Centers,
- Following leads identified in collaboration with the Sales Manager

**General**:

- Participate in events organized by Turbel
- Prepare account plans and define commercial priorities by customer
- Prepare visits in accordance with the guidelines defined by the Brand Managers
- Produce visit reports (customer selection and feedback)
- Work with IT departments to streamline customer administration
- Participate in internal meetings (products, statistics, sales, etc.)
- Help raise customer awareness of environmental and social issues (CO2 impact, etc.
