**De functie inhoud**:
Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als sales trainee?
- Gedurende een **opleidingstraject **van 3 maand word je door gedreven collega's meegenomen in de wereld van sales en HR.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het **uitbouwen **van **partnerships**.
- Dit doe je aan de hand van **prospectie **en het **onderhouden **van **warme relaties**.
- Dagelijks kom je in contact met **CEO's**,** HR Managers** en getalenteerde **kandidaten**.
- **Bedrijfsbezoeken**, **beurzen **en **netwerkevents**? Hell yes
- Verder sta je in het voor **screening **van sollicitanten en het bepalen van de perfecte match.
- Je staat in als **vertrouwenspersoon** en begeleidt jouw kandidaten doorheen het sollicitatieproces.
- Je krijgt de autonomie om zelf te **onderhandelen **over **tarieven **en zelfstandig **deals **te **closen**.
