**Duties**:
Incumbent is the Tri-Mission’s primary contact for official Value Added Tax (VAT) refunds, working closely with GSO/Procurement to obtain supporting documents to ensure proper collection by the cashier (ca 3,000 invoices for $2.8M annually distributed to +50 agencies at post). Incumbent holds a portfolio of purchase orders (POs), ensures three-way match, and moves invoices in ILMS to PSU for processing. Additionally, incumbent serves as alternate Designated Billing Officer (DBO), logs all Tri-Mission incoming invoices received by FMC and distributes to designated colleagues for processing.

EXPERIENCE: At least one year of work in a financial or administrative function.

JOB KNOWLEDGE: Incumbent must quickly obtain thorough knowledge of 3 FAM, 4 FAM and 6 FAM, Department of State Standardized Regulations (DSSR), Regional Financial Management System (RFMS), COAST, Serviced Post User Manual (SPUM), Cashier User Guide (CUG), GFS Knowledge Base, RPA, ILMS (Ariba), and post policies and SOPs.
- Education Requirements:
Two years of post-secondary education is required.
- Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Fluency in English; fluency in Dutch or French. This may be tested.
