As a Sales Support Analyst for the Sport & Shoes team you are part of our sales department.
- You support the key account managers on the offer preparations and you provide a good operational management of the sales.
- You help prepare the commercial analysis of the offers in order to guarantee its attractiveness to our members and you are in direct contact with our brands to ensure a smooth sales organisation process.
**TASKS**:
- **
Activity 1: You analyse the offers from suppliers for online flash sales on the following metrics: number of references, quantities, pricing, best/bad-sellers, margin.**:
- ** Activity 2 : You prepare the offers for integration in our IT systems and work closely with other departments to ensure a good integration.**:
- ** Activity 3 : You do a first pricing of the offer and give input to the key account managers.**:
- ** Activity 4 : You are in close contact with the brands to request the offers and guarantee the fluidity of the process.**:
- ** Activity 5 : You keep track of the internal deadlines for offer reception,final stock and pricing of the sales.**:
- ** Activity 6 : You prepare the after sales analysis and give a first feedback on the results to the key account manager.**
**MUST HAVE skills**:
- You have at least a bachelor degree.
- You have an analytical mind.
- You can communicate on a professional level in English and you have good knowledge of Dutch or French.
- You are an absolute expert with Excel and know how to work in a structured and accurate manner.
- You are highly motivated, result-oriented and stress-resistant.
- You are well organised and working with deadlines gives you a positive drive.
- You are a team player, sociable and communicative.
- You have a hands-on, flexible mentality and are not limited to a 9 to 5 mindset.
**NICE TO HAVE skills**:
- By preference an economic study background.
- Ideally a first work experience in a commercial and analytical environment.

- The Sport & Shoes team is part of our sales department.
- Within the Sport Team we work with brands and suppliers from various categories: Performance, Athleisure and Casual. Priority segments where we focus on are Running, Outdoor and Fitness/ Yoga.
- Brands whom we work with in the Sports category are, amongst others: Puma, Craft, Asics, Eastpak, Under Armour, FILA and New Balance.
