- Je beschikt over een diploma Technisch Secundair Onderwijs in een chemische richting, of bent gelijkgesteld door ervaring;
- Je hebt reeds ervaring binnen een procesomgeving, bij voorkeur binnen de chemische industrie. Ervaring met het opstarten van pilootinstallaties is een pluspunt;
- Je bent risicobewust en veilig werken zit in jouw DNA;
- Je werkt nauwgezet aan de hand van procedures en voorschriften;
- Je bent proactief en grijpt in of signaleert afwijkende of onverwachte waarnemingen;
- Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig. Hierdoor kan je vlot omgaan met onverwachte situaties;
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van de Engelse taal;
- Je bent beschikbaar om in november 2021 op te starten;
- Je bent bereid om in een ploegensysteem te werken.

**Functieomschrijving**:
Voor onze klant, een gekende papier
- en verpakkingsproducent, kijkt SD Worx Jobs uit naar een operator pilot plant.
We zijn op zoek naar procesoperatoren die de uitdaging willen aangaan om een nieuw en uniek proces op te starten, te optimaliseren en uit te bouwen.
Je werkt hiervoor samen met de pilot plant manager, het engineering team en jouw collega’s uit het innovatiecentrum in Zweden.
Zodra deze operationeel is, zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het draaiende houden van de installaties en het optimaliseren van het proces.
In eerste instantie werk je in dagdienst, in latere projectfase kunnen enkele operatoren overgaan naar een volcontinue ploegensysteem.
Jouw **taken** als operator pilot plant:
- Je bestudeert procedures en verduidelijkt deze waar nodig;
- Stapsgewijs start je alle procesonderdelen op;
- Na de opstart, sta je in voor de bediening van de pilootinstallatie;
- Je voert grondstoffen aan en voert reststromen en het eindproduct af;
- Je voert test-protocollen uit en neemt stalen;
- Bij mechanische aanpassingen aan de installatie zorg je voor de nodige ondersteuning;
- Je doet verbeteringsvoorstellen, teneinde de efficiëntie en veiligheid te verbeteren.
