**Jobomschrijving**:
Voor een project in Diegem zijn we op zoek naar een Junior IT Services Administrator.
Het takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:
- Best practices in Configuration and Asset Management implementeren, ondersteund door ITIL-training.
- Bijwerken en onderhouden van accurate informatie in de Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Assisteren bij het creëren en onderhouden van server asset & CI processen, in nauwe samenwerking met de collega's van het IT Services Team.
- Proactief CMDB-gegevens valideren op volledigheid en kwaliteit, en gebieden identificeren die voor verbetering vatbaar zijn.
- Genereert en levert rapporten en lijsten, die waardevolle inzichten verschaffen.
- Actief controleren en opvolgen van de bestelde Assets versus de geleverde Assets.
- CMDB bijwerken op taken getriggerd door SRF's.
- CMDB bijwerken voor taken die worden geactiveerd door RFC's.
**Profiel**:
- Bekendheid met IT-processen zoals ITIL of COBIT is een pluspunt.
- Basiskennis van ServiceNow is vereist, zoals het maken van rapporten en het bijwerken van gegevens.
- Basiskennis van desktopsoftware zoals Word en Excel wordt op prijs gesteld.
- Een nauwgezet oog voor detail en een proces
- en klantgerichte instelling.
- Enthousiaste kandidaten met interesse in IT Service excellence.
- Bereid zijn om diepgaande kennis op te doen over ITIL-principes en ServiceNow met behulp van verstrekte training.
- Een klantgerichte benadering van dienstverlening.
- Votte communicatie in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
