Als Customer Support maak je deel uit van de Shared Services Center en ondersteun je de 11 vestigingen. Dit betekent dat je de verschillende vestigingen ondersteunt op het vlak van dossierbeheer en zorgt voor de verdere uniformering van de interne processen.Wat zijn jouw dagdagelijkse taken?
- Je zorgt ervoor dat elk klantendossier vlekkeloos wordt aangemaakt conform de interne werkprocedure ter voorbereiding van de Claims Officer.
- Je werkt voorstellen uit om op een optimale, klantvriendelijke manier het proces van schadeopname te verkorten.
- Je organiseert de nodige pick-ups en delivery’s.
- Je maakt, in functie van de noden, een correcte en efficiënte transportplanning op.
- Je zorgt voor een duidelijke en transparante communicatie zowel naar interne als externe contacten (klanten, partners, collega’s,..).
- Je werkt nauw samen met de schadebeheerders om de dossiers te vervolledigen.
- Je begeleidt en ondersteunt, zo lang als noodzakelijk, de opstart van nieuwe sites.
**Wat wij van jou vragen**:
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma op zak binnen het domein van automotive en/of verzekeringen. Relevante werkervaring is een pluspunt.
- Je bent bijzonder klant
- en servicegericht en gaat voor 100 % klantentevredenheid.
- Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
- Je hebt een rijbewijs type B.
