Pour renforcer son équipe d’experts dans le financement de biens immobiliers privés durables, la Banque Triodos recherche un(e) Chargé de relation commerciale.
En tant que Chargé de relation commerciale, vous rejoignez l’équipe de l’ensemble des Chargés de Relation commerciaux Retail Banking. Cette équipe est responsable de tous les contacts commerciaux avec les clients particuliers pour leurs besoins bancaires proposés par Triodos ainsi que pour les clients professionnels hormis les crédits. Nous recherchons plus spécifiquement un chargé de relation commerciale spécialisé dans les crédits aux particuliers pour le financement de biens immobiliers ayant une plus-value écologique, sociale ou culturelle.
**Vous prenez la responsabilité des tâches suivantes**:
- Vous êtes en charge de toutes les tâches commerciales liées à une demande de crédit hypothécaire : identifier les besoins du client, vérifier la conformité avec notre offre, préparer une proposition commerciale et convaincre le client d’introduire sa demande chez Triodos. Vous effectuez une partie des tâches administratives de traitement des demandes.
- Vous rencontrez les clients en rendez-vous pour leur expliquer ce que nous pouvons leur proposer et trouver la meilleure solution avec eux.
- Vous analysez les demandes de crédit reçues et les présenter en comité crédits pour décision : vous maitrisez la politique d’acceptation afin de pouvoir évaluer si la demande est acceptable et la défendre auprès du comité crédits
- Vous assurez le suivi commercial et administratif des demandes en cours
- Vous contribuez à l’exécution structurée du processus de demande de crédit.
- Vous gérez les demandes de modification pour les crédits en cours
- Vous participez aux projets visant à adapter l’offre et le processus commerciaux en soutien au Practice Leader, au Product Manager et en collaboration avec les autres départements de support
- Vous participez aux événements organisés par la Banque Triodos.
- Vous disposez d’un diplôme de Bachelor ou un Master avec orientation économique ou juridique ou d’une expérience professionnelle équivalente.
- Vous disposez d’une expérience bancaire de minimum 3 ans, dont idéalement une partie dans un département chargé de l’octroi de crédits hypothécaires aux particuliers.
- Vous avez un sens commercial inné, vous communiquez aisément et vous êtes au service des clients tout en veillant à l’intérêt de la banque
- Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome et de prendre vos responsabilités
- Vous prenez des initiatives, agissez de façon proactive et proposez des solutions pour réaliser les objectifs commerciaux
- Vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe, d’agir de manière flexible et de vous adapter à un environnement changeant.
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres et possédez une bonne connaissance en analyse crédits hypothécaires.
- Une connaissance des programmes opérationnels de la société Stater Belgium est un plus.
- Vous maîtrisez le néerlandais et le français et communiquez aisément.
