En tant que Relationship Manager Legal, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans le succès de notre entreprise. Au cours d'une journée type, vous serez amené à travailler sur un large éventail de projets divers et variés, notamment:

- Vous serez chargé(e) d'analyser et d'interpréter les documents, règlements et procédures relatifs aux opportunités juridiques et fiscales de nos clients ;
- L'évaluation de nos produits et solutions intégrés ainsi que la mise en place et la gestion de structures juridiques d'entreprise et privées ;
- de participer en tant que membre essentiel de notre équipe et de contribuer à maintenir notre solide réputation de fournisseur proactif de services aux entreprises ;
- Vous serez responsable de tous les contacts avec les clients et prospects (basés en Belgique ou à l'étranger) directement ou par l'intermédiaire d'un conseiller professionnel (avocat/ notaire/ banque) dans le but de mettre en place, d'optimiser, de maintenir et de gérer des structures juridiques d'entreprise et privées en accord avec la stratégie commerciale ;
- Participer activement à la croissance et au marketing de notre activité, en représentant notre société auprès de vos clients et de votre réseau.

**Profile**
- Vous avez une réelle passion pour ce que vous faites et pourquoi vous le faites ;
- Vous êtes motivé, confiant, flexible et engagé ;
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master/Bachelor en droit/Bachelor Business Management : Pratique juridique, idéalement en droit des sociétés, droit fiscal ou commercial ;
- Avoir une expérience avérée dans les services de droit financier/des affaires, le droit des sociétés ou le droit commercial, l'environnement fiscal ou fiduciaire ;
- Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral ;
- Vous aimez planifier ; vous êtes un bon organisateur, discret, capable de travailler de manière indépendante et précise dans votre travail ;
- Vous voulez réussir, vous épanouir, être mis au défi et stimuler les autres.
