**Senior Relationship Manager Investment - Business Banking**

**Met het oog op de uitbreiding van onze portefeuille particuliere en investeringsklanten zijn we op zoek naar een collega met ervaring in private banking.**

Als Senior Relationship Manager Investment zal je deel uitmaken van de afdeling Business Banking, die zich richt op professionele klanten van Triodos in België. Onze klanten zijn actief in de reële economie en hanteren een duurzaam bedrijfsbeleid. We hebben bijzondere aandacht voor klimaatdoelstellingen die de bank samen met haar klanten wil verwezenlijken.

Ons financieringsbeleid is gebaseerd op actieve inspanningen voor een meer duurzame maatschappij. Dit beleid is verankerd in de reële economie en biedt transparantie over de financieringscriteria en -beslissingen, waarbij ook rekening wordt gehouden met de klimaatdoelstellingen die de bank wil bereiken.
- Je begeleidt zakelijke klanten, organisaties of overheidsinstellingen bij het beheren van spaar
- en beleggingsproducten van Triodos Bank.
- Je bouwt een langdurige vertrouwensrelatie met klanten op en fungeert als hun directe contactpersoon binnen de bank.
- Je identificeert commerciële opportuniteiten en zet ze om in verkoopkansen door het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten. Hierdoor draag je bij aan de verdere uitbreiding van Triodos Bank op de Belgische markt.
- Je vertegenwoordigt Triodos Bank tijdens op specifieke doelgroepen gerichte evenementen, die ook 's avonds en in het weekend kunnen plaatsvinden.

In deze functie rapporteer je aan het Head of Business Banking.

- Je hebt een masterdiploma op zak en beschikt over relevante werkervaring in private banking.
- Je bent klantgericht, legt gemakkelijk contact en weet verkoopkansen op een professionele manier te identificeren. Prospectie is een taak die je zowel inspireert als motiveert.
- Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van de strategische en financiële doelstellingen van de afdeling Business Banking.
- Je bent stressbestendig, nauwgezet, efficiënt, en in staat om gelijktijdig meerdere dossiers te beheren en tijdig af te handelen.
- Je hebt een positieve ingesteldheid en ziet in falen (bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van prospectie) een kans om te leren en progressie te maken.
- Je kunt zelfstandig werken en geeft blijk van initiatief.
- Je werkt eveneens in teamverband.
- Je begeleidt met enthousiasme de Impact Relationship Managers van de afdeling Business Banking met alles, gaande van sparen tot beleggen.
- Je werkt collegiaal samen met de Relationship Managers Investment van de verkoopafdeling Personal en Private Banking.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands of Frans voor de prospectie en klantenopvolging en hebt een goede kennis van de andere nationale taal en het Engels.
- Je hebt interesse in de werkdomeinen van Triodos Bank.
- Je ontvangt niet alleen klanten in de kantoren van Triodos, maar bezoekt ze ook thuis, waardoor een rijbewijs essentieel is.
