**Bedrijfsvoorstelling**:** LRM: zuurstof voor groei**

LRM is een impactgedreven investeringsmaatschappij die economische groei in Limburg ontgint en stimuleert. LRM zorgt voor een stevige basis zodat bedrijven en projecten die duurzame jobs in Limburg creëren, kunnen groeien. Samen met de troeven van de regio Limburg, zorgen de financiële middelen en expertise van LRM voor een unieke voedingsbodem.

LRM verschaft enerzijds **risicokapitaal** (venture capital & private equity) aan bedrijven met een veelbelovend businessplan en ontwikkelt anderzijds **innovatief vastgoed**. Naast deze campussen en incubatoren, investeert LRM in **belevingsvastgoed** om de voormalige mijnsites een make-over te geven. LRM ontwikkelt en beheert **bedrijventerreinen** en sectorspecifieke infrastructuur om bedrijven in Limburg ruimte voor groei te geven. Tot slot zetten we ook in op **klimaat
- en mobiliteitsprojecten**.

Het is deze combinatie die LRM uniek maakt. Zo creëren we zuurstof voor groei.

De toegang tot het risicokapitaal van LRM loopt via vier domeinen: Technologie & Diensten, Slimme Maakindustrie, Gezondheid & Zorg en Duurzame Samenleving.

**Functie**:** Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**
- Je staat in voor de prospectie en analyse van ondernemingen in de verschillende domeinen & in verschillende groeifases van de potentiële portfoliobedrijven: start-ups & scale-ups, maar ook grote ondernemingen. Je kan daarvoor een beroep doen op de know-how van de back office van LRM (analisten & juristen) en collega-investeringsmanagers.
- Je onderhandelt, in samenwerking met de Head of Investments of een Senior Investment Manager, rechtstreeks met ondernemers, financiële instellingen en adviseurs om de volledige transactie af te ronden.
- Je legt, in samenspraak met de Head of Investments, voorstellen voor aan het investeringscomité van LRM en finaliseert goedgekeurde projecten in nauwe samenwerking met de back-office van LRM.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor een aantal portfoliobedrijven en staat in voor de financiële en operationele opvolging van LRM-participaties.
- In het kader van de opvolging van de bestaande portfolio zetel je, in overleg met de Head of Investments, in de Raad van Bestuur van vennootschappen en verstrek je in dat kader ook regelmatig bedrijfsadvies op financieel, operationeel en strategisch vlak.

Je beheert en beheerst het interne en het externe stakeholdermanagement

**Profiel**:** Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt een masterdiploma, aangevuld met mínimaal twee jaar werkervaring in de financiële sector (bij voorkeur VC, PE of M&A-business), audit of andere relevante sectoren.
- Je hebt interesse of relevante ervaring in financiële analyse, business development, project
- of bedrijfsmanagement.
- Je commerciële en technologische know-how en bestaande netwerk komen goed van pas in de zoektocht naar en de analyse van investeringsopportuniteiten.
- Je communiceert en presenteert op een heldere en ‘to the point’ manier, hebt een pragmatische instelling en verantwoordelijkheidszin en behandelt dossiers met de nodige discretie.
- Je bent een flexibele teamspeler die ook zelfstandig kan werken met de nodige zin voor initiatief.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig, hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Engels en goede noties van het Frans.
