We zijn op zoek naar een Client Relationship Manager in ons kantoor in Brussel.
Als Client Relationship Manager ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor een brede groep klanten die zich voornamelijk in het KMO segment bevinden. Je staat klanten bij met hun dagelijkse internationale transacties, vragen en eventuele problemen die zich kunnen voordoen.
Tevens sta je in om passende oplossingen te voorzien in het FX risicomanagement voor je klanten. Je levert een cruciale bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van Ebury en bent verantwoordelijk voor het bevorderen van de groei.
**Als Client Portfolio Manager zul je**:
- Service verlenen aan een portefeuille van zakelijke klanten over een reeks verschillende producten, waaronder FX-afdekking, trade finance & cashmanagement
- Het behalen van targets; waar revenues, klantenverloop en upselling centraal staan. Dit door de klanten te ontmoeten en met regelmaat op te bellen
- FX-transacties uitvoeren (SPOT, FWD, NDF, enz.) met behulp van verschillende handelsplatformen en Bloomberg
- Samenwerken met sales om te helpen bij het opzetten van nieuwe klantrelaties. De bedrijfsomgeving, strategieën en sector van de klant begrijpen om de beste oplossing voor hun situatie te kunnen bieden
- Het klantenbestand van Ebury uitbreiden door nieuwe klanten te werven via je bestaande portfolio
**Competenties en persoonlijke eigenschappen**:
- Het betreft een junior functie waarbij ervaring in sales en finance een plus is
- Bedrijfskundige/financiële academische achtergrond is een pluspunt
- Een goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels is een must
- Frans is een plus
- Passie om in sales te werken en een portefeuille aan klanten te managen
- sterke communicatie vaardigheden
- Hands-on mentaliteit
- In staat om verkoopstrategieën, -technieken en -tactieken te ontwikkelen op basis van feedback van klanten en de marktomgeving
