**ROLE PURPOSE**

The Service Contract Coordinator Benelux will be part of the Finance team of Glory Benelux, situated in Zellik. The coordination of the contract administration for our business in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands will be the main responsibility. Within this role, you report directly to the Finance Manager and will closely work together with other departments like Service.

Our Benelux organisation is part of an international & dynamic work environment, but has locally a friendly and collaborative atmosphere. This is reflected in the hands-on mentality we are looking for within each employee in the local teams.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

Maintenance Contracts
- Maintain contract data in ORACLE database, such as service windows/branch addresses/SLA's/prices.
- Renew/extend existing service contract conditions
- Maintain proper SLA in contracts
- Setup of standard contracts to support the Sales team (communication, validation, archive and follow-up)
- Invoicing / Crediting of new contracts, new installed equipment’s, renewed/extended contracts and dismantled equipment’s and contract cancellations.
- Update equipment status (available on site, destroyed, moved,)

Service Support
- Support to Service Center to establish Pro Forma invoicing
- Review of correct cost allocation, based on work orders and contract information
- Final invoicing (creation, communication and follow-up)
- Report backlog on monthly basis

Service Analysis
- Support to present correct contract prices
- Backlog reporting on Service support
- Forecasting on short term revenue
- POC regarding maintenance contracts and financial impact of service support
- Customer SLA reporting
- Customer Service efficiency analysis (KPI, financial,)
- Identify ways to improve processes and be engaged in implementation of improvements
- Complete (ad hoc) reporting requests

Master Data Management
- Key User MDM for Benelux (Supply Chain, Service and Sales Masterdata related requests/issues)
- Creation of new customers/deliver locations
- Create and request customer advance pricing (Spares, Labour,)
- Create and provide standard Service prices to support the full Benelux business.
- Update MDM tracker

**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
- Significant previous administration experience (preferably within a finance setting)
- Experience of accounting processes - month end routines

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Analytical and process orientated
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence others
- Organised and structured approach to work
- Able to adhere to tight deadlines and manage changing priorities
- Detail-oriented, organized and focus to deliver qualitative work
- Fluent in Dutch and French; a very good level of English required
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Excel is mandatory)
- Outstanding grasp of information technology concepts and processes
- Ability to organization and process, large amounts of data, efficiently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including confident telephone skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Self-supporting team player with sense of responsibility
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
